KNOW YOUR COUNTERPARTY · DUE DILIGENCE
Every claim in the file, traced to the document that supports it.
A diligence report is only as good as the worst-sourced sentence in it. We compile the public record on a company, an institution or a professional, resolve the entities across every source, and bind each finding to the page and span it came from. The reviewer confirms. The engine does the reading.
WHAT A DOSSIER DRAWS ON
The record, collected at the authority that publishes it.
Aggregators resell, redact and lag. We go to the recorder, the registry, the court and the agency directly, so the dossier reflects what those authorities actually hold, and we can say which ones we have not reached.
Corporate registries
Officers, directors, registered agents and owners from business registries in eighteen countries, with the filing history that shows how control changed.
Courts
State and county dockets covering the majority of the US population, with parties resolved to the same entities that appear in every other record.
Regulators
The complete public FDA device record, including warning letters and recalls, and the registration and enforcement records of the agencies a deployment calls for.
Payments and affiliations
For health-sector subjects, CMS billing, Open Payments, NPPES and PECOS show what a professional does, who pays them and which institutions they belong to.
The public web
What a subject says and does in public: publications, press, professional profiles and the record of their own statements, linked to the entity they concern.
County records
Assessor and recorder files across twenty states and the largest metro counties, read for what they reveal about the entity: who controls a holding, and when control moved.
THE STANDARD
Written for the person who will check it.
Lawyers, investigators, compliance officers and regulators share one habit: they ask where a sentence came from. We built the engine so that question always has an answer, and so the person who asks it can get to the document themselves rather than taking the file on faith.
Provenance · per claim
Confirm instead of re-read
Each finding carries its evidence, so review is a check and not a second investigation ↓
When two sources disagree, the dossier says so and shows both. A conflict the reviewer can see is worth more than a confident sentence they cannot check.
WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT
A defensible file. Every subject, every time.
The risk was never only that you missed something. It is that you signed off and cannot show your work. Three things change once every claim carries its evidence: you can act on the file, you can see which subjects need a person and which do not, and you can hold every counterparty to the standard you used to reserve for the one deal that already worried you.
Attention where it is worth spending
The engine reads every subject and sorts the queue. Ones with a long, consistent public footprint arrive cleared with a cited file attached. Ones whose sources disagree, or who barely appear in the record, arrive flagged with the discrepancies already marked.
A file you can defend to an examiner
Beneficial ownership, control changes, litigation history and regulatory exposure, compiled across jurisdictions into one dossier where every line names the document behind it. When the file is questioned, the answer is already in it.
Every counterparty, not a sample
Depth of review gets rationed to the subjects someone had hours for, and the file then sits for three years while a shareholder changes and a case is filed somewhere nobody re-checked. The engine does not run out of hours, so review can be perpetual without sixty more researchers.
Your sources and your formats
Licensed, proprietary or internal records join the public ones under the same provenance rules, and dossiers render to your templates, so the file reasons over everything you are permitted to know and lands in the tools your team already runs.
HOW WE ENGAGE
A platform your team runs, or a finished file from ours.
Both start the same way.
Scope
We align on the subjects, the jurisdictions, the decision the file has to support and who will scrutinize it. Short, and it defines the first deliverable.
Proof on your cases
We run a batch of your real subjects through the engine and return labeled dossiers, so you can judge coverage and accuracy on cases you already know the answer to.
Deploy
The engine runs inside your perimeter or ours, wired to your sources and your output formats, with our team on hand for the files that need a specialist.
Have a subject you need to understand properly?
Tell us who will review the file and what they will push back on. We will show you the dossier that answers them.
